Step by Step Recovery Programs

 

Person-Centered Planning – Provides independent facilitation for the individual that is strengths-based and allows the opportunity for making a plan for services that is personalized around the person’s goals, dreams, hopes and desires.

 

Independent Facilitation – An independent facilitator is an ally on your behalf who can provide mediation when meeting in various clinical and professional settings to assist you with discovering and clearly sharing your thoughts, feelings, desires and goals.

 

Individualized Peer Counseling – One-on-one support that is customized to the individual’s needs and assists the person with reaching their desired goals. Meeting with a Certified Peer Support Specialist provides the individual with commonality.

 

Recovery Coaching for Mental Health Co-Occurring Disorders – Assists and supports individuals in their own personal recovery process.

 

Motivational Speaking – A Certified Peer Support Specialist sharing his story within the community including Drop-in Centers, Schools, Agencies, Churches and at Special Events to provide an uplifting and encouraging message of hope in recovery.

 

The Plus One Program - A one-on-one, peer-to-peer service that can provide social supports such as attending community events, transporting to necessary appointments and assisting with daily living skills.
